I wasn’t denied... yet!!! but I called right away. The tracking they provided was **bleep**. I called the post offfice consumer affaires and they send me an email that u sent to PayPal. It stated the tracking they provided and the number was addressed to me or my address. PayPal said that was sufficient. But I haven’t heard I final response. Call them. It’s not over until it’s Over.
I received incorrect items from Shengguo Technology and I have been advised by PayPal that I can receive a full refund if I return at my expense, the incorrect items. Absolute BS!
Wow I cant believe i had the same issue...I was suppose to buy two rafts and get one free....I got 2 rafts. I contacted paypal and they told me that It was sent and they showed proof...Yes they did send something to my house but it wasnt the correct order. I am shocked that Paypal would continue doing business with this company when obviously they are crooks.
I ordered three of the floating mats on August 12th. The tracking showed it going through a China Post in Wuhan on August 31st. I sent them numerous emails asking where it was and they told me to wait. Finally in November I looked at tracking again and the August 31st dated disappeared and it said in Wuhan on October 29th and then again on November 30th. I started a PayPal dispute. It has taken since November but I actually called PayPal and waited until I talk to a real person which only took about 2 minutes. And she immediately refunded me my $64. The tracking is now showing August 31st again and then October 29th and November 30th processed through the facility so yes five months is a little bit long to wait on something. I Suggest calling PayPal 800 number.. it is[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]nbsp; ..I am actually glad they never showed up because I have been reading I've got this product when people have received it and they all complain that he is just 10 phone and nothing like the picture on the Facebook advertisement. Just got to be careful about buying things off of social media like Facebook Etc
I received the item but they sent me a cheap quality shelf that looked like a dollar store brand. Total rip off. I don’t think they will refund the money. They never reply. Is there a way PayPal can arrange them to refund the money?
I never received any of my packages and PayPal will not return my money. Please let stop paypal from ripping people off. PayPal is no good!!! You guys pay **bleep**ing scammers to take our money and your company should be shout down you bunch of **bleep**.
