Sellers refund bounced

I bought some items from a seller a few weeks ago. She never shipped items with items sitting at waiting for pickup status til I filed a claim On day 8. She issued refund and closed case. She supposedly re-routed the package back to herself. I never received item. On the 6th business day her refund bounced. Paypal wants me to keep waiting in case but seller has many other claims pending .I just want my refund. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that. I would recommend reaching out one more time to see if there's any other solutions they may be able to offer. You may also want to reach out to your funding source to see what options may potentially be available.

I have talked to them every day for the last two weeks sadly. I won my dispute but they are refusing to pay.
