I closed the case, the seller wants a refund to give my membership back.

I closed the dispute case after we solved the problem with seller. Now the seller claims they hasn't received their money back from PayPal. They need some confirmation which proves the fee is refunded.

Seller needs to call customer services about the money being released back to them since you closed case.
