I recently bought some goods online which weren’t delivered on time. My interaction with the company led me to believe that they were scammers. I subsequently checked the reviews on trustpilot, there were hundreds and just under half used words such as beware, scam, and avoid. I asked PayPal for a refund and they approved it in 2 days. That solves my problem, but I wondered whether I could prevail on PayPal to cancel this merchant. What options are available to me.
