I have created a sandbox account that needs the email address that linked to the gravity forms add ons Paypal Checkout. I cant use the add ons if my email is not verified and im not getting any email. please help

I'm having the same issue as well. Have tried all of the above. No matter how many times I try to resend the confirmation email, it never comes through.

I need a sandbox account for a webshop development.
I was offered the option of setting up a PayPal sandbox via a WordPress plugin.
I have set up a sandbox account under the e-mail address webangel at gmx.de
But I cannot confirm this 😞
I do not receive an email about this!

Hello @VerenaCo
Thank you for posting to the PayPal Merchant community. There is a way to confirm your sandbox email via the PayPal Developer Dashboard.
Here is how:
- Go to https://developer.paypal.com
- Click on Login (Use your live PayPal credentials)
- Click on Testing Tools
- Click on Sandbox Accounts
- Click on "Link other sandbox accounts to this developer account"
- Log into your sandbox account
- Agree to link
Resend email confirmation:
- Log into the sandbox account at https://sandbox.paypal.com
- Click on the Settings Icon at the top right
- Click on Profile Settings
- Click Update next to the Email
- Click Edit next to the unconfirmed email
- Click Confirm this email
Confirm the email:
- Go back to the PayPal Developer Dashboard
- Click on Testing Tools
- Click on Sandbox Notifications
- Find and click on the email that is listed with the subject of "Confirm your email address"
- Click on the button to Confirm your email
If you are not able to add the sandbox account to your PayPal Developer Dashboard, and you get your Merchant ID, we can locate your sandbox account for you and manually confirm the email.
- Log into your sandbox account at https://sandbox.paypal.com
- Go to Account Settings
- Click on Business information
- Copy the PayPal Merchant ID that is listed
