Not receiving any confirmation emails for sandbox account

Today I've set up 3 separate email addresses for a sandbox account, to connect to Magento payment services. I'm waited more than an hour now and not received the confirmation email to any of the addresses. In my profile I clicked the link for each email to send confirmation, but none ever come.

 

Spam checked in all 3 inboxes, no dice!

I'm sure this is not new, so what is the resolution?

Does anyone at PayPal even read these issues or is this another community-only help zone?

How the hell are we supposed to resolve this without PayPal?

Great. I added a phone number to the account and haven't gotten a confirmation code for that either.

Why bother?
