Apple Pay domain for woocommerce shop is registered on old/closed account

Hello,

urgently need help with the domain registration of Apple Pay for receiving payments, not sending.
The domain (borednstoned.wtf) is still running on the old paypal-account. I have deactivated it unknowingly that this does not remove the registration. I can no longer register this domain in the new paypal-account.
I have already replaced the file for the merchant ID on the server and the authorizations are correct (had already worked with the previous account).

I was referred to Apple support by phone, which makes absolutely no technical sense. Unfortunately, it was not possible to forward the call to someone who is familiar with it. I was told again that it was an Apple problem. Apple support forwarded me to the developers and they also realized that this is of course a Paypal problem.
