how can someone get a payment; or even request a payment if no email or phone is linked to that account ?
where does the money go as paypal quickly charges my credit card with a invalid account by paypals terms. there is no way to call the individual with this account if no phone, email on file. And paypal don't care as long as they can charge your card.
once paid it takes weeks for paypal to respond to anything.
I ask other scammers online why no phone registered with paypal. Say its not needed. just get payment with no way to contact them !!!
amazing there is such poor security in paypal system . Then try to get thru to anyone in paypal to get a refund and good luck !!!
