Unable to Confirm Sandbox Email Address

I have created a sandbox account that needs the email address that linked to the gravity forms add ons Paypal Checkout. I cant use the add ons if my email is not verified and im not getting any email. please help

your 'suggestion' is not valid.  this update link is not available anywhere in the sandbox account

Hello,

When you add a new email address to sandbox account, a confirmation email should automatically be sent to the "notifications" section of your developer account. If you cannot find the confirmation email within the "notifications" section, you can resend it from within the sandbox account.

Open one of the following URL's, depending on the account type (personal or business)

Personal : https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/myaccount/settings/

For the email address you wish to confirm, which will show "Unconfirmed" under the email address, click on the three dots, then choose "resend confirmation".

Business : https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/businessprofile/settings/email

For the email address you wish to confirm, which will show "Unconfirmed" under the email address, click on the "edit" link. You'll then be shown another page and there is a link "Confirm this email", click on that and the email will be sent to confirm the email address.

Login to your developer account and go to the notifications section and you should see the email for the sandbox account where you requested the email confirmation. Open the email and click on the provided link to confirm the email address. If you're asked to login to the account, enter the sandbox account credentials and you should then be shown a message that the email address has been confirmed.

I have the same issue, whatever I try I'm not able to confirm my email address.
I checked https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/notifications but nothing there, it doesn't matter how many times I press the resend button it sends nothing 😞

Can someone confirm it manually for me for the Sandbox environment?

Hello @RemcoCM 

Thank you for contributing to this post. If you are not receiving the confirmation email, its possible that the sandbox account is not associated with your PayPal Developer Dashboard.

Here is how to associate your email to your Developer Dashboard:

  • Log into the Developer Dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com
  • Click on Testing Tools
  • Click on Sandbox Accounts
  • Click on "Link other Sandbox Accounts to this Developer Account"
  • Log into your sandbox Account
  • Click the button to link the sandbox account

Once you link the sandbox account, you should be able to receive the email confirmation notification under the Testing Tools, and Notifications. If you are still not able to confirm your sandbox account, please provide the merchant id for  your sandbox account, and we will confirm it for you.

Hello There,

I'm unable to confirm my email address. I have linked the Developer Dashboard with the sandbox email, but I haven't received any notification regarding email confirmation. I tried to resend the confirmation email, but I still haven't received it.

 

Could you please verify it manually for me as well?
