Does anyone have the instructions on how to pull old transactions

I really need someone's help. I have some charges from my paypal account in 2016. I would like to get the description of the items that I bought. Has anyone ever had to go back in time and pull any charges from 5 years ago. I would appreciate any comments or help.

Create a report:

Activity > Statements > Custom > Activity Download

Select Transaction type, date range, report format and customize report fields.

I created the report and it is not letting me download it. Any ideas on that?

I'm sorry to hear you're still running into some issues downloading that activity. Have you tried clearing your browsers history and cookies? Or potentially using another browser entirely? If that still doesn't work, I might recommend reaching out to our Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.
