I cannot get a report of my transactions in the reports page. Page keeps loading

Hello there,

I am facing a problem with the transactions' report I am trying to get. I am actually in a tourism tour on another land, during which I tried getting a report of the last month's transactions.

When I enter the report's home page, the whole content keeps loading without showing anything (attachment 1). And when I try to click on any link on that page it shows an error (attachment 2).

What the hell is the problem? I keep pulling my hair since I need this file asap.
