On my website I manage subscriptions using PayPal with Billing Plans and Billing Agreements.
Everything is set up and working fine. There are a lot of users with active Billing Plans that are paid monthly, and I would like to be able to reward the fidelity of some of the old customers by applying a discount for just one month on the price of the billing plan.
Is it possible to do it using the REST API? The users already have an active billing plan so I don't want to create a new one, I would like to update it, but just for a month.
