I have seen where many others have had this same problem, but no one has gotten a fix. I have been told by Paypal plus (GE Money) that it's not their problem -- Paypal.com has to fix it. Paypal.com says it's not their problem, Paypal Plus Credit Card has to fix it. One said that it's supposed be fixed on Oct 3rd and another says Oct 31st. One said they've not heard there's a problem, another said that they've heard it's because paypal hasn't uploaded files they need to upload. Everyone blames everyone else or says it's not a problem - yet we can't access our reward points, check for fraudulent activity, or pay on our balance.
Doesn't *anyone* out there know what's going on and when it's going to be fixed?

I am also having this problem, and it is the SECOND time it has happened! It took me 3 to 4 weeks to get it back the first time (no explanations, no apologies, etc), now, a little more than a month later, it has happened again!
No way to access credit card info. I think I scheduled my payment, but I am not sure. When I asked them to check for me if it was scheduled, the rep said they wouldn't know until after the late date!

Have you contacted the Credit Service Center for this episode? I hate to put you through the wringer more, I really do. I will add you to the list and hope that because you had a previous issue they can work from that, but we may need a new request to be made to the Credit Service Center for the recent de-link. I am really sorry you've encountered this at all, let alone twice.

I've been having this same problem since November and haven't been able to get an answer. Because of this I've had several paments go late and have to pay $15 to make over the phonepayments. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Forget customer service. File a complaint with the BBB and one with The FTC(Federal Trade Commission) You should also go to the credit part of the FDIC. Simply go to their web pages, and fill in the complaint forms. The FTC is what got the ball rolling for my 6 months of no credit card account availability via the web page. Customer service is a total waste of time. All they have in those places are "Peggys" who barely speak English and will continue to give false promise after false promise. The problem iw with GE Money Bank. They have admitted the problem to me in black and white, written, and signed. Don't be timid, use the big boys to fight the big boys.

From your last post, it appears that your issue was resolved. Are you continuing to experience a linking issue?

It can take about 2-5 business days for the link to appear initially. You should see it by following the steps in this article. If you don't by now, give the Credit Service Center a call to let them know the card is not linked up properly.

I hope it stays fixed. It has been very frustrating. I got it fixed once before in January of this year, and it broke again in March.
I hope this is permanent!
