I am also having this problem, and it is the SECOND time it has happened! It took me 3 to 4 weeks to get it back the first time (no explanations, no apologies, etc), now, a little more than a month later, it has happened again! No way to access credit card info. I think I scheduled my payment, but I am not sure. When I asked them to check for me if it was scheduled, the rep said they wouldn't know  until after the late date!   Are you kidding me? ...
