How much does paypal charge me when I refund a buyer? How much do I lose on the sale when I refund... I'm in the managed payments.

The paypal fee you were charged when your buyer paid is not returned to you as part of any full refund that you issue.

If you click on the transaction then the fee will show on that details page, that is the amount you will have paid and is not refunded.
