I've only been buying online for over 20 years and have never sold. I'm going to be listing an item for sale on eBay shortly and am concerned. I have set up my PayPal account. When my item is sold, do I wait until I see the money in my paypal account before shipping the item or is it safe to ship without first seeing the receipt of the payment. What if the receiver claims I never sent the item. I never had concerns about buying because I knew I could just complain to my bank/credit card - which never happened. But now that I'm looking at selling, I want to know what to look out for. Any help is greatly appreciated.
