When PayPal writes bank a letter about a return check fee reversal & its in our PayPal messages ,does that mean they already submitted it to our bank or do I have to ?
I'm sorry to hear that you encountered a fee from your bank. If a representative wrote a letter detailing the circumstances for you, that would likely be something that you would have to give to the bank.
