It says i have money and is waiting for me, but i can't accept it without SSN or another number. I'm not citizen of America. How to get the money without those number? Please help me
Sorry, need to provide SSN, EIN or ITIN or link your US bank account to withdraw funds or you can't get access to the funds. The PayPal balance features won't work without giving SSN, etc. New policy. The money will just have to go back to the sender after 30 days or they cancel payment.
