Hello, I’m new to PayPal and I haven’t done this before. I wrote a content for someone and they paid me through PayPal. However, the payment is on hold and when I marked the status as complete, it says that they detected a problem. Is there any way I could fix this?

Welcome to the Community!
If you have received notification advising that a payment you received was placed on hold, you may be asked to go to the Resolution Centre on your account to provide information on the transaction.
When you respond and provide the requested information, you will receive any further updates via email as soon as there is any new information.
