Funds On Hold

Hi Guys I have a UK PayPal Account. Money was sent from Israel to me as Goods And Services To My UK Registered Account up till now the fund is on hold. How long will it take to release the funds because the sender from Israel said the Comfirm Receipt option is not found till now after 6 days. is their a possibility that the fund will be release or is Israel not Allow to use PayPal or what.? Someone help please.

I apologize for the trouble the hold has caused. PayPal may place a hold on funds for a variety of reasons, but you may have options to help release the funds sooner than the standard 21 days hold time.
