Hi,
My Paypal account is more than a year only, but last Aug 2 is the 1st time I received payment for my virtual service. I'm seeing several holding/verification periods on Paypal and I'm not sure which one is applicable for me. I have updated the transaction detail to a virtual service and Paypal said:
So the next thing I'm waiting for is the 21 days period from this statement in the Resolution Center: "
Funds availability details
As you're a new seller with PayPal, money you receive from your buyers will be placed in your pending balance and will be temporarily unavailable. This money will be moved into your available balance within 21 days.
The last thing and I hope I will not wait this long, is waiting for my account not to be a new seller with their criteria:
Appreciate your time reading this and I hope to get some clarifications. Thanks

With payments received for tangible goods Paypal would request valid tracking information confirming the item has been delivered to the buyer. As they can validate the tracking information online, once it is delivered they can release the funds. IF you have received the funds for a service / virtual or digital sale OR no tracking number is applicable Paypal would be unable to release the funds any sooner than 21 days.
If you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner ie 7 days after the buyer verifies receipt. This is not always available or guaranteed.
If not then sadly its 21 days.
The screen image you have posted refers to how long Paypal continues to hold your payments, when you meet that criteria you posted ie 5 transactions etc then the hold will no longer apply and you will get all payments instantly.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
