My account for no reason was considered as Russian

I wasn't able to find whom should I contact if my account for no reason was considered as Russian since 2020. When I have never been in this country, and this country started war in my country and literally destroyed my apartment. Also I wasn't able to setup my British phone number cos Paypal shows error, I wasn't able to change zip-code to British one for the same reason. As I am living in the UK for more than a year and I am tax resident of UK. I am so frustrated with so bad organised Help Centre so hope the Community will be able to navigate me.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
