My account has been permanently limited

On January 2, 2023 my wife's sent me 4.46 EUR (less than 5 USD) from her paypal account and I received 3.89 EUR.

On the same day I bought a board game stats app (4.7 stars, almost 2K reviews, 50K+ downloads) through Google Play for 5,49 EUR.

I payed the difference (1.60 EUR) with my VISA debit card.

On January 4, 2023 Paypal permanently limited my account (reference ID PP-L-377329545348) "due to a change in your business model or because we have considered that the current model carries many risks" (translated from Spanish). I never had a business model, I never sold anything through Paypal, I just tried to use it to transfer small amounts of money (4 transfers/payments between 3 and 6 USD in 2 months).

Paypal keeps sending mails about changing their legal agreements, I want them to stop but they do not allow to turn off notifications or remove the mail address or close the account or contact a human being.

I do not care if they put my mail, phone, card or whatever in a blacklist, I do not want to have anything to do with them anymore.
Sorry for the rant, thank you in advance for any help.

So my options are the resolution center (where I cannot do anything) or paying for a probably endless phone call (because I only have a mobile phone).

My account was hit by a transaction limit and I was required to upload supporting documents. I have uploaded them but a few minutes later my account was deactivated. How do I return it?
