Thank you for your post and welcome back to the Community! I understand that you're looking to remove a contact from the contact list in your PayPal account, and I'm sorry that the information has not been able to be found. 

I was not able to find a way to remove the contact without blocking the person. If you would like to block the users, you can follow these linked steps.
