I can't find a way to name a beneficiary or set up Payable on Death (POD) option for my PayPal savings account. This seems crazy because every bank or financial institutions has an option to name POD or beneficiary so the funds don't have to go through probate or escrow. There are also potential tax consequences to be considered when POD or beneficiary is not designated.
