How do I change my email on this public profile page/ where the link sends customers to?

Could you please explain how to change my information on this page.

I'm in the UK and it's a business account. It's where customers are sent with my link.

I obviously set it up at some point, but I can't find it any more! I feel as if I've tried all the menus!

I would like to change the profile picture and use a different email address. I have added the email I want to use into my account.

I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to edit your Seller Profile. I suggest visiting this Help Center article; there are instructions toward the bottom on how you can edit an existing profile. If you have also created and need to edit a PayPal.Me link, please reach out to Customer Support for assistance by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
