I am using PayPal business account and I able to do the transections like send & receive payments from customers, clients and website for services & products.

My question is, the business is not registered or there is no any legal documents that the business is registered as legally in the county, Do I can still use the PayPal business account without having any permanent limitations or ban in future?

Hello @Fahir

Thanks for joining the PayPal Community!

I understand you'd like to learn more about using a PayPal Business account to ensure your account isn't limited. Limitations can be added to an account to verify businesses and ensure the safety of all PayPal users. PayPal Business accounts are typically used by registered companies that transact frequently. You can learn more about the difference between a Personal and Business account on our Help Center here. If you receive a limitation, I suggest visiting this article for a few examples of what documents you might need to provide. It is a US Help Center article, but most of the information applies to everyone.

For further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. You can also find Customer Support by sending a private message on Twitter (X), Facebook, and Instagram

I hope this information helps as you start out accepting payments on PayPal!
