Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues completing your profile. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history yet? That normally fixes a few issues. If that's not the issue, can you detail what page you're on or what action you're trying to complete when you run into that issue?
