Unable to add new Email ID.

I am trying to add new email ID but there is error showing, We're sorry, there seems to be a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact Customer Service. Please help me to solve this issue.

I'd first recommend reviewing the troubleshooting steps on your end by changing your browser or clearing your cache and cookies. It would be great if you used a laptop or a desktop to perform this action after 24–48 hours.

The add new email address in paypal is broken! It is all very well to say contact us by email or message us,BUT, it is impossible to find an email address to contact paypal, AND, the messaging centre just replies in a circular loop and does nothing to help with the problem. I desperately need to chang my email address as my current email provider will be ceasing to operate at the end of October 2023.

In this case, please try troubleshooting such as clearing cache and cookies or try using different browser or device to see if that works.
