Can't login with fingerprint biometrics S23 Ultra

I have a Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra and ever since I got this phone I have bwen unable to login to PayPal business app with biometrics (fingerprint). I saw that this was an issue with the S22 Ultra and it went unresolved for months until PayPal did an update. Can we address this again?

Sorry to hear about the fingerprint biometrics issues you're having in your device. Any PayPal mobile app issues can be solved by try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and using latest version of mobile app. If you have already tried this, please reach out to our team through the available contact options at the bottom of PayPal page to troubleshoot this matter further.

BS! This issue has existed for over a year, even started with S22 phones. Can login with fingerprint on the main PayPal app, but not with PayPal Business app. Fix it and stop being so lazy.

Biometrics won't work on my Motorola phone either. I have successfully set the biometrics up for my fingerprint and it says it's set up, then go to log in and it never asked me for a fingerprint just a password.
