New domain-already registered-dont have access

Hello,

 

i buy a domain and on that info@ email i wanted to open bussines account.

It is already opened by the previous owner of the domain (i guess). I dont know him or any of his alternative log-ins, like phone number or email.

 

How can i delete that account if i can not log in and set up new bussines account with info@ and with my credentials ?

Welcome to the Community and thank you for your post!

 

I do understand your concern with this. If you now own an email address that was associated with another PayPal account, that would need to be closed before you can open a new account. 

 

As the account does not belong to you, you will not be able to log in to close it. I would suggest you contact the person you bought the domain from, and request them to close the PayPal account. Once the account is closed, you will receive an email confirmation if you have access to the email. 

 

If they have any issues closing the account, please advise them to contact our Customer Support
