Verify your identity

I had to update my account with NDID information (Thai account), and after I did that, it said that my identity is confirmed and can now use my account as normal. But weeks late and I still have the otifcation at the top telling me to verify my identity, even after I've done it. When I click the verify now button, it tells me I've already verified my account. How can I remove the notification?

I am sorry to hear you have confirmed your identity, but the notification still remains on your PayPal account. I know this must be concerning. It sounds like your account may be affected by a possible technical issue. 

 

I would suggest you clear your cache and cookies, or try again using an alternative browser. Sometimes the system just needs time to reset. If you continue to experience this issue, please contact our Customer Support.
