i am unable to remove the limited account status. the resolution centre wants "invoice proof that i have the items i have sold".
The problem is I have never sold anything!!!! so dont have the required proof. This stems from my ebay account getting hacked and fraudulent items getting listed on my account, back in january. Ebay removed the items etc and tried to refund the buyer. However as the buyer did not follow the Ebay request to raise a case through Ebay and instead raised the case through PayPal. This meant that Ebay could not refund automatically.
