PayPal locked me out of my account but when i finally got through to a customer service agent, all he would say was that i didn't conform to the terms of agreement. I have no idea why or how to remove the restriction. I also can't access the money in the account (all of $86.00 - but still...). Can they do this? I have no idea what they are talking about...
