unable to provide item invoices to remove account ...

i am unable to remove the limited account status. the resolution centre wants "invoice proof that i have the items i have sold". The problem is I have never sold anything!!!! so dont have the required proof. This stems from my ebay account getting hacked and fraudulent items getting listed on my account, back in january. Ebay removed the items etc and tried to refund the buyer. However as the buyer did not follow the Ebay request to raise a case through Ebay and instead raised the case through PayPal. My ebay seller account was hacked. a fraudulent item was listed and sold. buyer paid via paypal. i contacted ebay (item removed etc). however ebay cannot refund buyer as they did not raise a case through ebay (as instructed by ebay) and raised it through paypal instead. Should i refund them using the resolution centre or wait for the auto process. (i do feel sorry for the buyer as it is a substantial amout of money) ... View more
