Hi im wondering if someone can help me. I recently purchased something for the first time of schpock. the item was £7.00, I sent this amount of money to the seller. She has sent me a screenshot that she only received £6.06, therefore she is not sending my item until she has full payment. Have I been charged anything or has she been charged paypal fees as I suspect? Have opened a case with paypal but need to wait a few days to escalate.
Thanks!

No, the seller is supposed to pay PayPal fees to receive payment for goods and services, not the buyer. At best, they can charge a general flat rate handling fee with their shipping charges but can't say it is a PayPal surcharge. I'd dispute to get money back as Item Not Received and move on.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
