i have been trying to get back a refund for a item i bought i got incontact with the seller but here refusing to give me back my refund for an item i didnt receive then they said they could give me back 50% and i said no i want the whole payment then they came back and offered me 70% i still said no they said they can only offer me 80% but there telling paypal its 50% now paypal said they cant get me my refund because i havent got incontact with the seller ive emailed paypal 8 times so i have lost my refund also the item i ordered what can i do i asked a few people about this and they said it was a scam now yesterday i ordered another item from the same address but different name and its not the item i asked for so im getting to dislike paypal but once i get all the items that i have waiting on a delivery im going to cancel my account with paypal
