Hi, how are you     I couldn't respond properly because of my poor English.
So we lost PayPal's arbitration.
But I feel wronged.
Tell PayPal or eBay on my behalf that I am innocent.


I ordered two products from different sellers on eBay.
seller1>order number: 392704375522 tracking number : 1ZW086F61207667290
seller2>order number: 233507957973 tracking number : 407074385 (According to the seller2 :1ZW086F61207667290 )
But neither of the products came.

 

And I got an email from a seller(seller2)

The seller(2) sent a re-fund card instead of a product.

The tracking number of the refunding card is ...407074385 (by mail: 1ZW086F61207667290.)

Another seller also sent a tracking number. ......1ZW086F61207667290.

They're the same number

I doubt it. I think the two sellers are the same person.

PayPal decided on the tracking number above.

I feel wronged.

I have received a card in two transactions.
What do you mean by truck delivery? I received nothing but one card.
You seem to be lying.

I have checked with my supplier and he say that he did ship the same item to you already and it was delivered by truck on March 3
That order was from another seller that use same supplier. if you have any issues with them - please contact that seller but suplier say it was delivered

Regardless, they have sent you by mistake the card I mentioned
You can keep it if you like although it is the higher value, because I want to compensate you for all the trouble
Or
You can send me the code and pin and I will refund you in full

Are these orders shipped to a freight forwarder? The tracking ends in the USA and you're in S. Korea.

 

You did say you received one order/card, right? Or did you mean you received one tracking number for one of the orders/cards but didn't receive any orders? Have to be careful how you say things in the conversations and in the dispute; people can get the wrong impression.

 

Talk to the other seller who gave the same tracking number to ask for correct tracking number. Is the other seller not responding other than giving the wrong tracking number?

 

If you filed Item Not Received dispute and seller provided proof of delivery, the seller wins unless you can prove the tracking number is fake and you have to file police report to appeal the decision. If PayPal does not want to reverse their ruling, then you may contact your credit card to dispute if that is how you paid.

 

Please contact customer service for further assistance:

  1. Log on.
  2. Click HELP at the top menu.
  3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
  4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.

Thank you for your answer.
I heard that he(seller2) sent the refund card to Delaware shipping agency in the U.S. I have not received it yet because I am in Korea.

I was not good at English and could not defend properly.
Seller 1 uploaded the exact shipping line number to eBay.
Seller 2 has uploaded a non-verified shipping line number to eBay.
Seller 2 has given us the shipping number of 1 by mail.

How did Seller 2 know the exact shipping number?

My guess is that sellers 1 and 2 are one person.
In PayPal, sellers 1 and 2 are the same person.

I can't speak English.
I hope someone will tell PayPal or eBay about my situation.
