Hi, I sold an item to someone in France. I am in England. When I shipped it, I didn’t ship with tracking. Now the buyer is saying they will file a claim, even if they get it, because I have no proof of shipping. What can I do?

If buyer is claiming Item Not Received, sorry, you need proof of delivery to get seller protection coverage. Refund and remember to ship with tracking next time. Its purpose is to protect you, not the buyer.
