REFUND REQUEST FOR AIRLINE TICKETS DUE TO COVID19

Just tried to cancel some flight tickets due to this virus. I purchased the  "Wanna get away" tickets so they say they are only refundable to travel funds to use within 1 year.  I don't want to travel by plane anywhere within a year because I am in the high risk category, elderly and with a weakened immune system from Cancer and lymph nodes removed.

Anybody have any advice ?

You can attempt a PayPal dispute but no guarantees that PayPal will rule in your favor.

 

Claim options available are: Item Not Received (INR) or Significantly Not as Described (SNAD). 

  1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
  2. Click "Report a problem"

If PayPal dispute fails, you may file dispute through credit card issuer instead.
