Paypal denied my case based on shady/dodgy documentation from seller company (Omio)

On 13.06.2021 I booked 2 flight tickets amounting to 1090,56 Euros through Omio, an online travel agency.

To date, I have received neither a booking confirmation nor the tickets and no-one ever goes on their phone. It takes 7 days to reply to E-mails. Their customer service is practically non-existent!
I was therefore forced to book other tickets directly through the same airline, as they were getting more and more expensive by the day, and these were confirmed immediately!

I wrote a review on Trustpilot some weeks ago, and finally a customer service agent called me and told me that it wasn't the first time that was happening, especially with Egyptair and Turkish Airlines, and that they would refund my money in 3 months or more, but that I should close the Paypal payment dispute. Omio admitted on Trustpilot on their reply to my post, that it was due to a technical mistake.

I didn't close the Paypal dispute, and  Omio then actually did the lowest, most dishonest thing you can imagine. They sent Paypal a fake confirmation of delivery that the tickets had been delivered to me and that I had opened and read the E-mail.  Paypal actually denied my case!

No tickets, no booking confirmation from this Omio agency, yet twice, Paypal has decided in their favour and that although Omio admitted to me that they had made a mistake both via E-mail to me and via the review on Trustpilot and I sent all that documentation to Paypal!

What can I do? Somebody help me please.

How can I prove to Paypal that I'm telling the truth and that this is causing me a lot of distress and time as it involves a lot of money, namely 1090,52 Euros? Why would I buy substitute tickets (same destination, date, time etc.) if I had received the other tickets or at least a booking confirmation?
