SSN document denied

I uploaded a w-2 document with my social security number so why was it denied? It was clear and easy to read so there should be no problems.

Is the Employer-issued W2 dated within last 12 months?

They may want an actual picture of you Ss card. They did from me and my drivers license and my utility bill etc etc.
