Dear PayPal team my account limitation problem so your hold 180days already 181 days gone but still showing my account hold still I'm not withdrawals my amount so plz any one can help me

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Surprisingly I contacted Paypal after 180 days and the man was very nice and he left me transfer my funds out to my other Paypal account. It was almost effortless. If this happens and IF your on somewhat personal terms with a person who paid you,Paypal will allow you to refund funds back to customers and at that point they can give you or send you the money another way. Discovers this through personal experience.
