Hi,
I got limitation notification several times on my account, to proof my address. I tried to upload different documents but all got rejected. I live outside US, in Tbilisi, Georgia & my Bank or Card Statements doesn't show my address in any invoices or similar documents. Utility Bills are payed by my family members, even though I tried to pay Internet bill, it doesn't show address in invoice. Last time I uploaded my website hosting invoice where is shown my name and address, but it got rejected.
I have one option left "Government Issued Document" to go to House of Justice and ask them for my residential address document, but I don't have guarantee that Paypal wouldn't reject it. Also it will be in Georgian language. Is it exact document Paypal is asking or is there any other ways to identify my address ?
