Account funds are unavailable, more than 180 days have passed

Hello . What's wrong with my account, why can't the money in it be withdrawn?  My account was restricted in January. The email said that after 180 days of restriction, the money can be withdrawn. Why is the money in it still unusable and unable to withdraw after the 180 days have passed? Please help us verify the situation. . . Very anxious................
