My dispute was denied but I believe it shouldn't have been - I don't know what to do next

I opened a dispute because I paid for a 12 month subscription and the subscription has made changes and since closed their email. I tried emailing them numerous times to ask for 7 months worth of my money back before they closed their email and I cannot contact them at all. I opened a dispute but was denied because I did not cancel before the payment came out of the bank last June, I appealed to explain further but within 2 minutes was denied again. However, the merchant have not fulfilled their agreement and I have only received 5 months and have no way of contacting this merchant any longer. I don't know what I should do next. I am owed £56 and it looks like Paypal disagree. Should I call Paypal to speak with them directly?

Hi @UnseenGhost,

I'm sorry to hear that the dispute was not found in your favor. What type of dispute was it? If you opened a dispute for Significantly Not as Described, that would have been the correct type of dispute, because you received something but did not receive the entirety of what you purchased. If you opened a different type of dispute, it would be closed. If you would like to appeal the decision or if the incorrect type of dispute was opened, please contact customer service to explain the situation. A representative can discuss any available options.

To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.

I hope this helps!

Olivia
