Issue with Identity/Address Verification

So, after now and again using paypal for several years, I reached a threshold of money received that forces me to verify my identity, address, etc. Not an issue I thought.

However, there's a discrepancy between my ID cards which I must use for Identity proof, and my utility bills/payslips that I must use for Address proof.

On all my official ID's, my full name is used. However on all my bills and address documents, my first and middle names are abbreviated and only last name is shown fully. I have not set it this way, it's simply the way companies do it in the Netherlands.

So let's say your name is (example) Joe Roberts Smith. All your ID says Joe Roberts Smith, but all your Address Proof documents say J.R. Smith. How do you prove your ID and address to paypal? I've unsuccessfully tried via both the automated system and sending a ticket - it's a no-go. It won't let me even close account and reopen to bypass the account limitations.
I suppose I could always open a new account on a new email, but it's my main email, plus the issue will just appear again eventually. how do I solve this?

Hi @GMAFCosta,

 

I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty that you're having verifying your identity. I would suggest contacting customer support by phone to discuss the situation. You can click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then click Call us. A representative will be able to look into the matter and assist.

Customer support hung up on me 3 times, during office hours. I had the same problem, with the only difference being "the company logo is not shown on your bank statement." Which is total BS, because it's in the middle of the top header, right there.
