Problems with Hotmail and Facebook

I am having a problem with Facebook abd Hotmail.

I normally use my gmail account for Pay Pal.

Recently, Facebook made an offer to me for boosting a post.

They the, to my surprise, charged me on my PayPal account via Hotmail.

It, therefore, did not appear on my PayPal account. In fact, I thought I had removed my Hotmail account from PayPal but ut reappeared.

The so called add was supposed to last for only 10 days.

Facebook, however, seemed to have set up a billing account with PayPal and continued to charge me for the next two months. 

I took this up with Facebook and they told me to deactivate the account. I did so,  and then received an email from PayPal via my gmail account to say that the billing agreement had been cancelled.

This billing agreement does not, however, appear on my PayPal account, but it must be around somewhere, otherwise how did I get that email?

I'm also complaining to Facebook for contuing

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

I tried that. Those transactions with Facebook don't appear there.
