Help with a dispute

Bought a shirt (that I regret now) from shirtsaustralia.com and when I emailed them back a few times for assistance with returning my package (didn’t know their address) and requesting a refund; they never sent an email back and chose to ignore my countless emails. Disputed this but PayPal sided with them and demands I ship my parcel back to the manufacturer in China for a refund, except the problem is the shipping cost nearly equates to my requested refund. In addition to that, the website says that I have to ship it to them instead of the manufacturer which would be cheaper as it’s within Australia. What do I do?

I also bought clothing from a Chinese site back in July that I wanted refunded. PayPal instructed me to return the items assuring me that the return costs will be covered by PayPal. The parcel is now stuck in some post office in China, the seller probably refused to pick it up and the address might be bogus, therefore the parcel can't be delivered. Therefore PayPal refuses my claim. I've lost the money, the clothing and the return costs. Don't bother returning, you won't see any penny.
