Dispute....

Hi.. I have raised a dispute/claim after receiving faulty good and spending 6 weeks trying to collect. The resolution now offered is a refund if I arrange for the item to be returned. I am unhappy with this and will not be paying to return a faulty item as it is their responsibility not mine. The dispute only allows me to update tracking Information not refuse this as an offer. No response on PayPal chat support for days too!!
